Symptoms

On :  12.2.5.1 version, CollabWB

When attempting to log into Collaborator Workbench,
the following error occurs.

Oracle Demantra is currently unavailable. For more information please contact your system administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start up demantra services.
2. Try to log into Workflow Manager. It is logging in successfully.
3. Try to log into Collaborator Workbench. It fails.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log into Collaborator Workbench. This is stopping the entire activity on demantra application.
