Item Lookup Does Not Show Correct Selling UOM After Price Change (Doc ID 2186867.1)

Symptoms

Store Inventory Management (SIM) Item Lookup displays incorrect selling unit of measure (UOM) after the price of the item is changed in Retail Price Management (RPM).


Steps to Recreate:

  1. Create a fixed price Price Change in RPM for the item/loc. Select a selling UOM different from the original selling UOM.
  2. Approve the Price Change.
  3. Check Item Lookup in SIM.  Notice the Selling UOM is different from what was selected in RPM when the price change was created.
