BSP Number Of Accounts Method Not Generating New Add Balance Value (Doc ID 2186974.1)

In Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning (BSP) 8.0.1, when you try to use the "Number of Accounts Method" for a product, a New Add Balance / Balance Driver value is not calculated.  You setup the product in the Chart of Account Characteristics screen with Financial Element Flag = "Fixed Products" and Number of Accounts Method = "Yes".  Then, you update Financial Plan Default with the following:

New Balance Per Account: 100
Number of New Accounts: 5

When you save the data and the calculate runs, you expect the New Add Balance / Balance Driver row to get updated (with 500).  However, the cell is not updated and remains null.
