Null Event Seriousness for Non-Serious Case Created via Acceptance of LAM Event (Doc ID 2187114.1)

Symptoms

In Argus 7.0.5.2, there is a difference between how Argus sets case_event.seriousness for a case with one non-serious event if it is created directly in Argus and if it is created by accepting a Local Event.

This behaviour is the same before (7.0.5) and after (7.0.5.2) the fix for Bug 21081984 - Event Seriousness not set after case acceptance.
