PURGEITEMTICKETS Batch Does Not Delete the Records from TICKET_REQUEST Table

On Store Inventory Management (SIM), PURGEITEMTICKETS batch is not purging the records from TICKET_REQUEST table.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Check the TICKET_REQUEST table and confirm that some of the records should be purged (based on the DAYS_TO_HOLD_ITEM_TICKETS parameter value).
2. Run PurgeItemTickets.sh batch.
3. Note that no records were deleted from TICKET_REQUEST table.
