Last updated on OCTOBER 15, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version 4.3.0 to 6.0.0 [Release 4.3 to 6.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC), the below errors are thrown by the Provisioning Interface (PI) on the Service Management System (SMS), when the PI character limit has been reached for a CCSCD1_QRY SOAP/XML response.  This is observed for some MSISDNs having a lot of subscriptions/promotions on their profiles. This may also crash the Third Party PI client applications connecting to the PI.
