When recycling a suspense add by running an activity prior to the suspense add, the suspense item is properly being reopened, but it is no longer associated to the new pending activity.
When the new pending activity is run, a new suspense ticket is generated, leaving the original suspense ticket open and unattached.
However, when first opening the active suspense add activity in order to recycle it, the new pending activity stays attached to the suspense ticket.
In the GenerateSuspense Business Rule if is configured, the expectation is to reopen the suspense on reversal and then close out on process.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Recycle an activity which has Generate Suspense configured
2. Note that the original Suspense is not opened, rather and new Suspense is created causing multiple Suspense numbers for the same money.
