Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Applications 7.5.0.15.0 version, Billing Care, it is observed that the notes section is not visible for the below scenario.
Scenario:
Billing care : Notes section not visible in payment allocated to account from suspense
Steps:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a suspended payment for $11 and allocate $10 to a BRM account.
2. From the ‘Newsfeed’ at the account level , When we drill down into the payment that was allocated($10) and look at the payment detail.
3.There is no option to add a note on this particular payment.
