Billing Care : Notes Not Visible In Payment Allocated To Account From Suspense

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Applications 22.214.171.124.0 version, Billing Care, it is observed that the notes section is not visible for the below scenario.
Billing care : Notes section not visible in payment allocated to account from suspense
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a suspended payment for $11 and allocate $10 to a BRM account.
2. From the ‘Newsfeed’ at the account level , When we drill down into the payment that was allocated($10) and look at the payment detail.
3.There is no option to add a note on this particular payment.
