As of Date in Cash Flow Preferences Reduced by 1 Day After Editing an Interest Rate's Effective Date (Doc ID 2188081.1)

Last updated on MARCH 12, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning - Version 8.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
OFSAA - Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications
BSP - Balance Sheet Planning

In BSP, after you edit the Effective Date in a Rate Management > Interest Rate definition, the As of Date in the Cash Flow Engine Preferences screen is reduced by 1 day.

For example, you change in the Effective Date in the Interest Rate definition screen to 30-JUN-2015.  After saving this change, when you check the Cash Flow Engine Preferences screen, the As of Date is 29-JUN-2015.

This does not impact the As of Date listed in the Time Bucket Definition screen.  It also does not impact the As of Date listed in REV_APP_USER_PREFERENCES.  It is only a display issue in the Cash Flow Engine Preferences screen.
