Users are able to update step executed time without updating corresponding event time
Updating the executed time of an open or close step should update the corresponding event time. It is possible for the user to double click on the date field and manually edit the time. When this happens, there is no prompt that the event time will also be updated and you end up with the switch plan step time and the event time being out of sync. Either the user should be forced to use the Date/Time Selector, or editing the time field should also update the event times.
