Case link is missing in IM Information Manager

 Customers have reported that when they link Answerflow using AF Id, the Link between SR and AF is available in both Siebel CRM and IM (case link). However when they search AF using description in SiebeliFrame and
click on Link, the linked answer is only visible in Siebel CRM and is notvisible as Case link in IM.
