ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified Error Running T2T With New Data Source

On OFSAAI 18.104.22.168.0, when attempting to run T2T on a new EBS RAC database data source, the T2T is failing with errors:

Warning : Could not log off 0

The generate source model is working, no issue in creating the Mappings. Although when executing the T2T load we get tns names error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run T2T for new data source to E-Business General Ledger instance.
