ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified Error Running T2T With New Data Source (Doc ID 2188936.1)

Symptoms

On OFSAAI 7.3.5.1.0, when attempting to run T2T on a new EBS RAC database data source, the T2T is failing with errors:

ERROR
Log Message here 1: Fri 30 Sep 2016 09:30:15 AM PET||DEBUG||ClsUDBConnect::getConnectedDB, INFO, User ID = <USER>, DBName = <DB_NAME>
FAILED: log_on()
Log Message here 1: Fri 30 Sep 2016 09:30:15 AM PET||SEVERE||ClsUDBConnect::getConnectedDB, Error, could not connect to the database. ERROR Message : ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

Log Message here 1: Fri 30 Sep 2016 09:30:15 AM PET||SEVERE||ClsUTableToTableLoad::directLoad, unable to connect to source database
Warning : Could not log off 0
Log Message here 1: Fri 30 Sep 2016 09:30:15 AM PET||SEVERE||ClsUTableToTableLoad::ExtractLoad, Error, unable to perform direct table to table load

The generate source model is working, no issue in creating the Mappings. Although when executing the T2T load we get tns names error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run T2T for new data source to E-Business General Ledger instance.
