Not Receiving Done Date On SMPP Delivery Receipt (Doc ID 2188951.1)

Goal

Smpp 3.4 Specification has the Done Date parameter field on SMPP Delivery Receipts, but OCSG is not sending it to the application.
How could we set OCSG to start sending this field to the application, on SMPP Delivery Receipt requests?
