Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Unable to search an item on Failure Rates Form using F11 or query mode.
After defining these failure rates when trying to search particular item using F11 or query mode, its not allowing us to enter an item in Part name field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer wants to be able to search by Part (Item) Name in "Failure Rates" form .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define failure rates of items under one parent item.
2. Resp: Servioce Supply Chain Planner > Setup > Parts Usage
3. Open an Item which has already defined Failure rates for service parts.
4. When trying to search particular item using F11 or query mode, its not allowing to enter an item in Part name field. ONLY Failure Rate and Return Rates fields are editable.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search for parts name within failure rates form, causing delays when trying to modify failure rates values.
