NMS - Oracle Network Management System

Cannot open safety document using the control tool.

After deploying or newer patch bundle users are not able to open safety documents using the Control Tool.

The error message is "There are no safety documents for device "<null.0>". Safety documents are saved in database and user can see list of safety documents using "OPEN" - "Safety_document" menu, but not using control tool "Load Safety Documents" option.
