Ims_master Lock Contention When Deleting Destination Folder (Doc ID 2189478.1)

Symptoms

An account (<uid>) exists with a sieve fileinto which receives a HUGE amount of mail and hasn't been managed properly in a few months.
Performed mboxutil -d user/<uid>/group. It took about an hour for that to run, which is no surprise, but the surprise is that during that hour, there were no deliveries. There were NO "mailbox is busy" "Q" status messages in mail.log_current.
