Symptoms
Define Baselines Box Doesn't Appear.
When attempting to open the Define Baseline dialog box with over 1,000 Baselines, the following error occurs:

ava.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into P6 Web.
- Navigate to Projects.
- Open Project.
- Select Define Baseline.
- Issue occurs.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Define Baseline data.
