Sale Transaction Fails With UOM Conversion Error 'ORA-01422' in POS_TRANSACTION Table

In Store Inventory Management (SIM), a sale transaction is failing with a UOM conversion error in POS_TRANSACTION table:

Steps to Recreate:

1. Create a Item with Supplier, where dimension of item supplier has 2 entries [example: one supplier with CA (cases) and same supplier with EA (eaches)].
2. Process the sale transaction for that item in SIM.
3. Process fails with 'Error in UOM Conversion. ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows in POS_TRANSACTION table'.
