Analytics informational messages filling up the logs in Oracle Knowledge On Premise 8.5.1 and 8.6.

Goal

How To Remove The Informational Messages "INFO: INFO: Client is logging a null or empty Loggable" and "com.inquira.analytics.log.client.AsyncLoggingImpl$JavaQueueConsumer@9885a41: Found 1 objects to persist! Queue still has:0." From The Logs?

 

Having the next scenario:

1) When the customer is using Async logging (ok.async.logging=true within ok_jms.properties file)

or

2) A question is asked which returns empty AnswerList or IntentList or FacetList, etc.

 

Observations:

AnswerList is empty means that no Answer Events are returned.

When a question is asked, you will get along with it answer events, concept events, intent events, facet events, user segmentation events.

This is like a composite event.

Then logging is done one by one: all QuestionEvents, then all AnswerEvents, then all IntentEvents, etc.

If IntentEvents list is empty, it shows the message:

"INFO: INFO: Client is logging a null or empty Loggable []...."

If the IntentEvent list was not empty, then the above will not be generated.

The same process is for AnswerEvents or ConceptEvents.
