Users Receiving 'Server Error 404 - File Or Directory Not Found' Message When Opening Documents

On : 6.3.0 version, IStream Document Manager

When attempting to open a generated IStream Document (CLG) from the IStream DM Server,
the following error occurs.

Server Error
404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Confirm all Livelink Services are running.
2. Launch browser.
3. Navigate to item
4. Attempt to open the item.
