Customer are observing 3 hours time difference in AIA for all the dates received from BRM,

For example :

time shown in AIA opcode call

2016-07-20T09:01:54Z

Time in BRM system

2016-07-20T12:01:54Z

As of now InteractionTimeZone ==UTC for BRM adapter deployed on the AIA server.
