Ischedule Channel With Multiple Attendees Results In Just One Request To The Caldav Server

Symptoms

MS 7.0.5.34.0 w/ Cal 7.0.4.14.0

The ischedule channel, with multiple attendees, results in just one request to the Calendar server.  This is noticed when an external user invites 2 (or more) internal users. Only one of the internal user's calendars in updated.  Due to this issue, some users are not receiving invitations.

For example:

1) External user invites 1 internal user
Observation: internal user's calendar is updated and they see the event

2) External user invites 2 (or more) internal user's
Observation: Only one of the internal user's calendars is updated
