On : 18.104.22.168.0 version, BI - Billing
Unable to add a negative bill factor value to an already existing bill factor. A positive value could be added, but the negative value was throwing an error. When the negative bill factor value is entered, then attempted to be saved, an error is thrown and CCB tries to exit the page.
