Users Getting Errors when Creating Change or Disconnect Orders for Bandwidth or Virtual Circuits from the Customer Account - Summary Window

Users unable to process change/disconnect orders for connections, from the Customer Account - Customer Summary window.


Error 1 SF_COPY_SR: srsi_sr_loc:ORA-02291: integrity constraint (ASAP.FK_SR_LO_TY_SE_RE_SI) violated-parent key not found occurred attempting to copy service item
CONNECTOR Ethernet Physical-UNI 01/KQXX/157945/ /GCN / (484538) for document number 423608.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Open Customer Account (sample: 001003693)
  2. Select the Circuit/Connections link
  3. Search for the connections in the account and select one or more connections

  4. Choose Activity: Change or Disconnect and enter reason if Disco
  5. Enter Name/Last Name, Telephone Number and Organization and click Submit
  6. The error is displayed


Users unable to process change or disconnect circuit orders from Customer Account


Create independent EWO or PS R orders as suggested by Wanda, and assign the
circuits to it for the Change or Disconnect activities.
Procedure was tested in POT028 @621.b1067 and works properly.
