Cluster environment with 2 managed servers . RAC Database Active-Active
Issue: Deployment of cartridge gets stuck during the process of deployment in OSM version 22.214.171.124.0.837.
This causes deployment to not to complete and to timeout post configured deployment timeout limit.
Example: After starting deployment, import 100% is completing successfully, but then it hangs at below logs and eventually managed server is going to warning state with ThreadPool stuck.
