Users are on 12.1.3 and have applied VCP 220.127.116.11.1 Patch 17350769. They are using 64 bit Linux MBP MSONWL64.ppc 120.3.12010000.355 with no one off patches applied. This is a Project and Task environment running an Unconstrained ASCP plan. Planners will run a planned order report for a project that contains multiple make items based on a multi-level BOM. They will then pull in the suggested due date on the top assembly planned orders they want to work with, firm and save the planned order, then run the batch replan process. Intermittently, following the batch re-plan process, the total quantity of planned orders no longer matches within that project/task (ie one or more disappears). In addition to the planned orders, planned order demand which should drive lower level component planned orders are missing as well. They are observing that groups of planned orders are disappearing following the batch re-plan process.
The expected results is the lower level sub-assemblies will readjust (pulled in) based on the adjustment of the top assembly due date.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run a Plan
2. Pull in the suggested due date on the top assembly, firm and save the planned order, then run the batch replan process.
3. Verify the Supply/Demand
