'Close Cash Drawer' Function is Not Verified on Till Pickup and Loan for Register Accountability (Doc ID 2191474.1)

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) 13.4.8, POS client is not showing "Close Cash Drawer" screen for till pickup and till loan transactions.  
If POS system is set to Accountability Code "0" in AS_WS table and the user performs till pickup or till loan transactions, the system does not ask the user to close the cash drawer.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Update the column CD_ACT value to '0' (for Register Accountability) in AS_WS table for current register.
  2. Log in into POS as admin user or cashier.
  3. Go to F5/Till Functions.
  4. Click F2/Pickup or F3/Loan.
  5. Select F2/Cash.
  6. Enter amount for pickup.
  7. Click Next.
  8. System redirects user to Login screen without asking for closure of the cash drawer.
