Goal

You have a scenario where you created shifts for Crews to work on Saturday via Shift Weekly Template. Now Business wants these Shifts to be Standby. You amended your shift template to cater this now. When you  are trying to Process these changes, System is not allowing and throws an Error Message -  Shift may only be changed to standby while still pending.

You want to confirm how you can  bypass this Error? How you can create Shifts as standby once they are already Planned. Why is system not allowing this process.
