Symptoms
On 12.2.4 Memory Based Planner in Production:
Users are running an ASCP plan. However 2 of the 12+ Loader workers that run during planning is finishing with WARNING during plan run with message about partitioned indexes

One or more indexes on table [TEMP_TABLE_NAME||PLAN_ID] are invalid. Please check the SQL*loader error and take corrective action.
One or more indexes on table MSC.FULL_PEGGING1 are invalid. Please check the SQL*loader error and take corrective action.
One or more indexes on table MSC.RESOURCE_REQUIREMENTS1 are invalid. Please check the SQL*loader error and take corrective action.
STEPS
--------
1. Run ASCP plan
2. Observed the some Loader workers will finish with Warning >> NOT Error - AND KEY POINT >>>>> The Memory Based planner did not fail - and all other requests finish OK
