On : 11.1.0.8.0 version, User Interface
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While configuring discount offer in PDC, it is not allowed to add condition with the negative value for the non-currency balance comparison.
Example: Bal[DA Policy Counter Status] Equal to -2.
It is accepting only positive value.
Workaround for this issue is to export the discount XML, modify the XML with negative value, and re-import the XML.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
PDC UI also should support this functionality.
