On : 7.3.1 version, Actor, when attempting to Partial Restore for a particular object, the following error occurs;
SeaChangeParser;Exception : InvalidOutPoint, (l_RequestedFrameOut < (l_OriginalFrameIn + l_OriginalDuration))(TCOUT is beyond the last frame of the original clip) [Parsers\SEA\SeaChangeExtractor.cpp:221];
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Diva Director and initiate a PR for object, setting the timecodes for IN and OUT.
2. Open Control GUI and search for Requests, filling the object name generated in step 1.
The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot do PR for the selected object, with selected TC
