Why Is The Dispatcher_stats_tty Utility Showing Negative Numbers? (Doc ID 2192322.1)

Goal

We extract info from imsimta dispatcher_stats_tty to report into a graphing tool.  We have noticed that the output from the command often contains negative numbers for some of the shown fields.

These negative counters are confusing.  Is there a way to reset the counters when we see this happening?
