MRP Copy Plan Error in 12.2.x (Doc ID 2192324.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Materials Requirements Plan.

MRP copy plan error

While trying to copy a MRP plan it shows error.
Error log
  ORA-12899: value too large for column "MRP"."MRP_RESERVATIONS"."REVISION" (actual: 6, maximum: 3)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Got to MRP -> Copy Plan
Error at Loader Worker with parameter CTRL_FILE=/<DIR>/fs_ne/inst/<SID>_<HOST>/logs/appl/conc/out/M1144669MRLD_RESERVATIONS.ctl,

DATA_FILE=/<DIR>/fs_ne/inst/<SID>_<HOST>/logs/appl/conc/out/M1144669MRLD_RESERVATIONS.dat
Error log
  ORA-12899: value too large for column "MRP"."MRP_RESERVATIONS"."REVISION" (actual: 6, maximum: 3)
