ADF_FACES-30200 Error Trying To dd Access Point While Creating a Model (Doc ID 2192614.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.6.6.2056 version, Application Access Controls Governor.

When attempting to select access points in Access Model,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ADF_FACES-30200:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: The UIViewRoot is null. Fatal exception during PHaseId: RESTORE_VIEW 1_ADF_FACES-60104: An error occurred while processing your request. For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with HTTP Error Status Code: 500.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Continuous Control Management > Create Access Model.
2. Drag and drop Access Point Business object.
3.Select the datasource.
4. Add Filter and in the filter click on Value LOV which opens the Access point List window that shows all access points.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create Access Model with Access Point Business Object.
