Goal
While executing the migration utility, there is a WebLogic server authentication exception, even though WebLogic admin password is set correctly on MigrationConfiguration.xml.
Migration Scenario
-------------------
1) Existing PDC Instance 1:
Server 1: WebLogic + PDC with target engine as RRE and BRE
Server 2: BRM + BRM Integration PACK
2) Installed new PDC Instance 2:
Server 1: Weblogic + PDC with target engine as ECE
Server 2: BRM + BRM Integration PACK + Migration utility
3) Migrate the data from PDC instance 1 - PDC instance 2.
