Symptoms

 On Applications Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety : 8.1

During new install or upgrade, when loading the Argus Factory Data per installation guide there are many warnings e.g.

Connected to: Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP, Advanced Analytics and Real Application Testing options

Export file created by EXPORT:V12.01.00 via conventional path

Warning: the objects were exported by A1, not by you

import done in UTF8 character set and AL16UTF16 NCHAR character set
import server uses AL32UTF8 character set (possible charset conversion)
export client uses AL32UTF8 character set (possible charset conversion)
