On : 18.104.22.168 version, Web Workspace Viewer trace tool
The first open of trace tool fails to populate with the expected device details.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Workspace
2. Open Viewer
3. Search for a device
4. Right-click on device and select the trace tool. Device is identified in top part of trace tool.
5. Expand the trace window and observe that all details about the device are blank
6. Close trace tool and reopen trace.
7. Observe that details about the device are now present.
