In Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) 8.0.2, when you create a Static Driver Management Ledger Allocation that takes the balance from the last month, adds a constant to it, and outputs it to the current month, the result is incorrect.  There are 3 Months of data in FSI_D_MANAGEMENT_LEDGER: JAN16, FEB16, and MAR16.  The result of the Allocation adds the constant to the last month's balance 3 times.

Example: As of Date = 29-FEB-2016

Source: Management Ledger.<[Last_Mo_Amount]>

Operator: +
Constant: 77868953

Debit: Management Ledger.<[Current_Amount]>
Credit: Management Ledger.<[Current_Amount]>

JAN 2016 Balance = -580,907,263.00

Allocation Result = -580,907,263.00 + 77868953 + 77868953 + 77868953
= -347,300,404.00

You expect the following Allocation result:

= -580,907,263.00 + 77868953
= -503,038,310.00

The result is wrong because the Allocation engine is adding the constant three times instead of just once.
