XAI Dynamic Submission Error (Doc ID 2193011.1)

Symptoms

On XAI Dynamic Submission Page, selecting any service that begins wtih "WX*" (e.g WXAccountSearch), and upon clicking "Load UI", an error is returned.  This does not occur with services that begin with "CDx*", e.g. "CDxUserMaintenance".
