PTO Model - Explode Forecast - How do you load component demand for items with an Item Type of PTO Model? (Doc ID 2193330.1)

Goal

You have a PTO Model with the Pick Components attribute check.  You want to explode the forecast for this model so as to include the component demand in your plan run. 
You try to include the forecast for the PTO Model in the Plan Options form and check the Explode Forecasts option, but when the plan runs, you do not see demand for the component items.
