Spinning Hourglass in Lower Section of Conditional Assumption Screen on Edit - Filter Name Issue

In Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 8.0.x, when you try to edit a previously defined Conditional Assumption at a node level in a Transfer Pricing Rule, the Conditional Assumption definition screen fails to load. The screen opens but the Mapper list and Filter list is blank. There is a spinning hourglass over the screen and it hangs and does not open:
You can create a new Conditional Assumption definition successfully on the value below the node with the issue but you cannot edit the existing node definition.
