Performance Issues When Processing More Than 1000 ItemLocCre Messages (Doc ID 2193511.1)

In Store Inventory Management (SIM), when there are more than 1000 ItemLocCre messages, the application takes a long time to process them.

The following error is also noticed in the sim.log:


Steps to Reproduce:

 1. Create 1000+ item loc records in Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
 2. Let them flow to SIM.
 3. Note the time it takes to process the records and find that the application freezes.
