For ENTITYID_CONSUMER_SEQ Both The Managed Servers Are Taking Different Values (Doc ID 2193621.1)

Goal

While reserving TNs using webservice,
When the request is going to Managed server-1 it is picking the value based on ENTITYID_CONSUMER_SEQ for Entityid in TNCONSUMER table; but when the request is going to Managed server-2 it is picking the value which is different(it is ENTITYID_CONSUMER_SEQ+5000). Is this an expected behavior only or an issue?
