Error: "Invalid UPK Zip File" Occurs When Trying to Upload UPK Zip File Downloaded From Oracle Edelivery (Doc ID 2194209.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to upload UPK content zip file to Instantis EnterpriseTrack, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error while modifying settings. Please correct the errors shown below, and try again. Invalid UPK zip file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Instantis ET.
2. Navigate to Administration -> General settings -> Help Settings -> UPK.
3. Choose "Local", and specify the download zip file, click upload.
