'Where Used' Function Times Out with Error: "ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation" (Doc ID 2194409.1)

Symptoms

The 'Where Used' Function is not working correctly on specifications with a large amount of Where Used data. After clicking the 'Where Used' button on an affected specification, the window displays blank for almost a minute before presenting an unhandled error message.

Error:

Exception: System.Web.HttpUnhandledException: Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown. ---> Xeno.Data.DataAccessException: ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to a specification with a large number of Where Used objects.
  2. Navigate to the References Tab.
  3. Click 'Where Used' under Specification Dependencies.
  4. Pop up window presents a blank screen for almost a minute before displaying the error.
