Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning (BSP) 8.0.x, after you change the Time Bucket Definition to add or remove months, the cash flow engine fails when executing a Calculate and no results are output.  The following error exists in the BSPCalculation_UnpricedAcc_udf.log in $EPM_ORACLE_HOME/logs/bsplog:

Assertion failed: TimeInd >= 0 && TermInd >= 0 && TimeInd < m_TimePointCount && TermInd < m_TermPointCount, file IRC.cpp, line 216
Final CFE return status :1
CFE execution Failed

Additionally, the final SQL statement in the ofsrm.xxxxxxx.log in $EPM_ORACLE_HOME/logs/bsplog/log/FusionApps is a query against the table FSI_FCAST_IRC_DIRECT_INPUT.
