Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.13.0 version, Customer Center

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer Center Event Browser Details show Greenwich Mean Time in Start Date

The server time zone is CST6.
The desktop time zone is UTC -6 Saskatchewan.

When using CC Mps1 ->Event Browser->Details, all the times display correctly except for the Start Date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Event browser should show start and end dates for the event in CST time

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.) Open MPS1 version of Customer Center
2.) Open customer account
3.) Purchase new deal
4.) Check Database and event_t start and end dates convert well with our utility to expected values.
5.) Open event browser and check the cycle_forward events and the start and end dates for the event are in GMT time instead of CST.
