On CCB v2.3.1, IP - Installation Upgrade Proc

Encountered ORA-22922: nonexistent LOB value on Batches after DB upgrade from 11.2.0.3.0 to 11.2.0.4

Some CM batches encountered encountered ORA-22922: nonexistent LOB value after Oracle DB upgrade from 11.2.0.3.0 to 11.2.0.4.

The issue does not occur on the previous version of DB 11.2.0.3.0. On base batches there are no issues.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle DB upgrade from 11.2.0.3.0 to 11.2.0.4
2. Submit a batch.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, batch does not complete.
