On : 12.2.4 version, DM-Gen

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CTO Planning Percentage History not calculating accurately after the history of options is updated to null.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
CTO planning percentage should be calculated properly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Update CTO history for options to null as below
1a. Column updated in t_src_sales_tmpl = actual_qty
1b. Column updated in biio_cto_data = actual_quantity_dep
2. Reload the history
3. run the calculate dependent demand workflow
