Symptoms
During bill run of the member account following error was encountered in the OOB functionality.

The search template built is referring a date which is not relevant to the group creation. Please advise that from where this date is referenced.
Also the condition F2 >= XXX and F2 <= V2 will only satisfy when the effective date is equal to V2. For rest of the dates it will always fail. For the test account Group creation date is 18th may and hence its failing the condition.
How to resolve this issue ?
